Terms of Service

Last updated: -01-01. Please read these terms carefully before using Swipepy.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the website and services (the "Service") operated by Swipepy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Swipepy", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and initiating transfers.

3. The Service

Swipepy is a technology platform that lets you move money from an eligible credit card to a bank account, working with RBI-regulated banking and payment partners for the processing and settlement of transactions. Swipepy itself is not a bank and does not hold or custody your funds — settlement is performed by our licensed partners.

4. Fees

A flat platform fee applies to each transfer, shown before you confirm payment (currently of the transfer amount, with a discounted rate above certain thresholds as displayed at checkout). Fees may change; the fee shown at the time of your transfer is the fee that applies.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Verification & compliance

We and our banking partners may request additional identity or transaction verification (KYC) before processing or releasing a transfer, as required by RBI guidelines and applicable law. Transfers may be delayed, held, or declined where verification cannot be completed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Swipepy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, delays caused by banking or payment partners, or losses resulting from incorrect information you provided. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably suspect fraud, a violation of these terms, or as required by a regulator or law enforcement request. You may stop using the Service and request closure of your account at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
